If you meet the following terms and conditions you can expect at some time within one year of the date of your last surgical procedure achieve 20/20 vision with both eyes open and lubricated.
To receive this refund you must do your part to ensure you have received the best results possible through refractive surgery. Therefore you must adhere to the following conditions:
- Your pre operative best corrected vision must be at least 20/20 in each eye and both eyes together.
- You must purchase the lifetime (for myopic or nearsighted patients) enhancement warranty.
- You must agree that if the initial procedure does not provide satisfactory vision you will allow us to perform additional procedures as recommended by our doctors at anytime to enhance the results of your initial procedure. If additional procedures are required then the time of your refund shall be one year from the date of the last surgical procedure.
- You must provide proof on the day of your surgery that you have purchased all medications, vitamins, and eye drops given in writing at the time of your initial evaluation. You must also provide proof of purchase for any additional medications you are requested to use during your post operative healing phase.
- You must agree to follow the post op care regimen provided including:
- Using all oral and topical medications or supplements as outlined in your post op care guide.
- You must keep all required post op visits at the time scheduled by our staff.
